Administration Overview
As an administrator, you can perform various administrative tasks, such as managing users, configuring roles, assigning permissions, adding users, customizing the Axon interface, and troubleshooting issues. You can do some administrative tasks in the Linux environment and some tasks in the Axon web interface.
Audience
- Axon Administrator
- A non-root user performs some of the administrative tasks from the Linux environment. The root user must create a non-root user to manage Axon. This user is called the Axon Administrator in this guide.
- Admin or SuperAdmin Profile
- If you have the Admin or SuperAdmin profile, you can perform many of the administrative tasks in the Axon Admin Panel. To access the Admin Panel, perform the following steps:
- 1. Log in to Axon with an Admin or SuperAdmin profile.
- 2. From the Axon toolbar, click the Admin Panel menu item under your user name.
