Configure Custom Fields

You can create additional fields that are displayed to data consumers when they request access to a data collection.
To create custom fields, you must have SuperAdmin or Data Marketplace Administrator profile.
When a data consumer requests access to a data collection, the request and checkout pages display the default fields that the data consumer must fill. If you want additional fields to be displayed in the request and checkout pages, you must create custom fields from the Data Marketplace Settings Panel. For example, if you want the data consumer to specify the duration for which the access is required, you can create a custom Required Till field of the date type. The data owner decides to grant access to the data collection based on the information in the default and custom fields.
