Request Access to a New Data Collection

If you cannot find a data collection that matches your requirement, you can ask a data owner to publish a new collection according to your requirements.
    1. Open the data collection that looks similar to your requirement, and review the details of the data collection.
To find a data collection, see Search, View, and Enrich Data Collections.
    2. Click Request New Data Collection.
The Request New Data Collection page appears.
    3. In the Request Details step of the request process, enter the following property:
    Field
    Description
    Business Justification
Brief description about your use of the data collection. The data owner reads this description to decide whether the access request to the new data collection is valid.
You can configure custom fields to appear in the Request New Data Collection page, see Configure Custom Fields in the Informatica Data Marketplace Administrator Guide 7.1.
    4. Click Submit Request.
You have placed an access request for the new data collection. Axon generates a new request ID for the order.
You will receive an email notification when a new requested data collection is available.
    5. In the Request Submitted step of the request process, review your request. Click View Request to view the details of the request.
    6. View the Data Collection Request Summary section to see the status of your request. If the data owner approves your request, a link to the new data collection appears in the page.
Your request to access the new data collection is complete. You can see your request on the My Orders page.
If the data owner publishes a new data collection that meets your requirement, you can also search and find the data collection in the Search page.
