View Published Data Collections
You can view the list of all data sets that you have published to the Data Marketplace as data collections. You can view popular or most requested data collections in the tile mode on the top of the page.
You must have one of the following user profiles to perform this task:
- •Data owner of the data collection
- •Data Marketplace Administrator
- •Default technical owner of the Data Marketplace
1. Launch Data Marketplace and go to the Data I Own tab.
The page displays the data collections in the tile view and list view.
2. To view popular data collections in tile view, click toggle button and select Trending.
You can see four tiles at a time on the top of the Data I Own page.
The page displays popular data collection tiles. The data collection tiles contain name of the data collections, rating, data quality details, and number of requests placed for the data collection. The tiles are arranged in ascending order of the number of requests.
3. To go to the next or previous set of tiles that is not visible on the page, click the forward arrow or back arrow buttons.
The page displays a maximum of 16 data collections in the tile view.
4. Hover the mouse over a tile.
The name of the data collection on the tile is highlighted.
5. To view the data collection, click the highlighted tile.
The page displays the details of the data collection.
6. The Data I Own page displays the following columns:
Column | Description |

Name | Name of the data collection. |
Ref. | Reference number of the order fulfillment. |
Purpose | The description of the data collection. |
Category | Category in the Data Marketplace where the data sets of the collection are published. |
Approve | Number of access request that are waiting for approval. Available for data owner of the data collection and Data Marketplace Administrator |
Fulfill | Number of access request that are waiting for fulfillment. Available for technical owner and Data |
Withdraw | Number of access request that are pending for withdrawal. Available for default technical owner and Technical owner of the data collection. |
