Data Marketplace Templates

The Data Marketplace template allows you to create or update categories for data collections in Axon Data Marketplace. Download templates for Data Marketplace objects from Axon to perform a bulk upload.

Category

Download the Category template to bulk upload data collection categories to Axon Data Marketplace. You can create a new categorie or update an existing category.

Upload New Items

The following table describes the fields of the Category template that you can use to upload new items:

Field	Type	Description
ID	Required	A unique reference identifier for the category.
Name	Required	Name of the category
Status	Required	Status of the category. You can select one of the following statuses: - Active - Inactive
Description	Optional	Description of the category.
Parent ID	Optional	Parent ID of the category in the category hierarchy.

Update Existing Items

The following table describes the fields of the Category template that you can use to update items:

Field	Type	Description
ID	Required	A unique reference identifier for the category. Note: Do not modify the value when you update a category.
Name	Required	Name of the category
Status	Required	Status of the category. You can select one of the following statuses: - Active - Inactive
Description	Optional	Description of the category.
Parent ID	Optional	Parent ID of the category in the category hierarchy.

Consumer Access

Download the Consumer Access template to bulk upload consumer access details to Axon Data Marketplace. You can create a new consumer access template.

Upload New Items

The following table describes the fields of the Consumer Access template that you can use to upload new items:

Field	Type	Description
Data Collection Customer Facing ID Reference	Required	A unique reference identifier for the data collection.
Consumer	Required	A consumer user reference identifier.
Status	Required	Status of the data collection. The status must be active.
Target Name	Required	Name of the delivery target for the data collection .
Target Location	Required	Name of the delivery location for the data collection.
Format	Required	Name of the delivery format for the data collection.
Method	Required	Name of the delivery method for the data collection.
Approver	Optional	An approver user reference identifier.

Data Collection

Download the Data Collection template to bulk upload data collections to Axon Data Marketplace. You can create a new data collection or update an existing data collection.

Upload New Items

The following table describes the fields of the Data Collection template that you can use to upload new items:

Field	Type	Description
Name	Required	Name of the data collection.
Description	Optional	Description of the data collection.
Status	Optional	Status of the data collection. You can select one of the following statuses: - Published - Unpublished
Data Set ID	Optional	A comma-separated list of the data sets.
Owner	Optional	A comma-separated list of the data collection owners.
Technical Owner	Optional	A comma-separated list of the data collection technical owners.
Category ID	Required	The reference ID of the category to assign to the data collection.
Policies	Optional	A comma-separated list of policies to link to the data collection.
Prefix	Optional	The prefix that you want to assign to the data collection reference identifiers.
Delivery Options	Optional	A comma-separated list of delivery options for the data collection.
Custom Fields	Optional	Appears if a SuperAdmin or Data Marketplace Administrator has configured custom fields for data collections. Enter values in the following format: <CustomFieldName1>:<CustomFieldValue1>, <CustomFieldName2>:<CustomFieldValue2>

Update Existing Items

The following table describes the fields of the Data Collection template that you can use to update items:

Name	Required	Name of the data collection.
Data Collection Reference	Required	The reference ID for the data collection.
Description	Optional	Description of the data collection.
Status	Optional	Status of the data collection. You can select one of the following options: - Published - Unpublished
Data Set ID	Optional	A comma-separated list of the data sets.
Owner	Optional	A comma-separated list of the data collection owners.
Technical Owner	Optional	A comma-separated list of the data collection technical owners.
Category ID	Required	The reference ID for the category to assign to the data collection.
Policies	Optional	A comma-separated list of policies to link to the data collection.

Custom Fields	Optional	Appears if a SuperAdmin or Data Marketplace Administrator has configured custom fields for data collections. Enter values in the following format: <CustomFieldName1>:<CustomFieldValue1>, <CustomFieldName2>:<CustomFieldValue2> Note: If the system has mandatory custom fields and if this field is empty, Axon populates default values for the mandatory custom fields. If the system does not have mandatory custom fields and if this field is empty, the existing custom field values are removed.
