Import Migrated Data

• •You must be an Admin or a SuperAdmin user to perform this task.
• •You must enable data migration from the Admin Panel.
• •The mandatory custom fields and dropdown values in the target instance must be present in the source as well.
• •If objects belong to segments in the source instance, the segments must be present in the target instance. You must have access to the segments in the target instance.
• •When you migrate roles for a facet, ensure that the corresponding object stakeholders are present in the target instance and a role with the name exists in the target instance.

1. From the Axon toolbar, click your user name and click Admin Panel.
2. From the navigation pane, click Operational Management > Import Migrated Data.
The Import Migrated Data page appears.
3. In the Upload File section, choose to upload a file with the .zip format.
4. Click Import.
To check the import job status, go to the Activity Stream > My Jobs page of your account.
