Troubleshooting Data Migration

When you choose to import the migrated data, Axon performs a bulk upload operation to import the objects and relationships.
If an error occurs, all subsequent jobs might fail irrespective of whether it is dependent on the failed import job.
To rectify the error, perform the following steps:
  1. 1. Download the error report from
  2. 2. Unzip file and rectify error for that corresponding template.
  3. 3. Incase few of the jobs have already passed remove those entries from Manifest.json to avoid duplicates.
  4. 4. Zip it back and upload.
