For more information on using Axon Quick Look, see the Axon Data Governance 7.0 Quick Look User Guide.

Workflows and Change Requests

Effective in version 7.0, the following enhancements are available for workflows and change requests.
Automatic Completion of Change Requests
The SuperAdmin can configure Axon to automatically mark change requests as complete when an object has reached the end of the workflow. Previously, users had to manually specify a change request as complete.
Unlock Object at Any Step of the Workflow
For object changes with mandatory approvals, you can configure a workflow to unlock an object at any step of the workflow. When the step is complete, Axon locks the object. Previously, an object remained locked throughout the workflow.
Mandatory Workflows for Deletion of Relationships
Axon starts a mandatory workflow if a user deletes a relationship using the bulk upload template or the API interface.
View Workflow Step Properties for a Change Request
When you open a change request, the Workflow Diagram section displays the properties of a step when the user clicks on a step in the workflow.
Notification for Completion or Cancellation of Change Requests
When a change request is completed or cancelled, stakeholders receive a notification in the notification center and also by email.
For more information on deleting a relationship using the bulk upload template, see the Axon Data Governance 7.0 User Guide, Axon Data Governance 7.0 Administrator Guide, and Axon Data Governance 7.0 REST API Guide.

Default Org Unit for LDAP Users

Effective in version 7.0, you can specify the LDAP attribute that corresponds to org units for Axon users, or you can specify a default org unit that Axon assigns to all users who have been retrieved from the LDAP directory.

In the query API, you can specify the segment from which you want to retrieve and display Axon objects. In the create API, you can specify the segment for which you want to create Axon objects.
