With Informatica Cloud Application Integration, you can perform the web service-based integration of processes, applications, and systems in real time.
Informatica Cloud offers an application integration option that allows you to design, integrate, and implement business processes spanning different cloud and on-premises applications. Informatica's event-driven and service-oriented application integration capabilities encompass event processing, service orchestration, and process management. The Real Time service option lets customers expose business services at cloud or on-premises service endpoints that are accessible by using SOAP, REST (XML or JSON), or MOM services.
You can access Informatica Cloud Application Integration if your organization has licensed this set of features. No additional installation is required. However, you may also need to configure a runtime environment with a Secure Agent.
You can also design and streamline critical Salesforce processes to increase end-user productivity. Salesforce end users can then follow intuitive process guides that automate tasks, so there is no need to open multiple tabs or cut and paste information from different applications to complete a process. Guides can provide real time access to data from a Salesforce instance or from other service providers. To use these features, you need to install the Informatica Cloud Real Time Managed Package for Salesforce.
