Data Filters

You can use data filters to fetch specific data of a particular object. The Secure Agent processes the data with the specified filter fields.
Perform the following steps to use data filters:
    1. Select Data Filters tab in the Data Synchronization Task wizard.
    The Data Filters tab appears. The following image shows the Data Filter tab:
    2. Click New.
    The Data Filter page appears where you can filter the data. The following image shows the Data Filter page:
    3. Specify the following details:
    Field Type
    Description
    Object
    Select object for which you want to assign filter fields.
    Filter By
    Select the filter field.
    Operator
    Select the corresponding operator.
    Filter Value
    Enter the filter value.
    4. Click OK.
    Mention values to the Username, Hostname, and Password filter fields to perform FTP and SFTP operations.
    Note: You can use archive and unarchive objects to archive or unarchive .tar file. You can compress and decompress 7z and gzip files with File Processor Connector.
