Microsoft SQL Server Connections Overview
Create a Microsoft SQL Server connection to connect to Microsoft SQL Server so that the Secure Agent can read data from and write data to Microsoft SQL Server. You can use a Microsoft SQL Server connection to connect to Microsoft Azure SQL databases.
You create a Microsoft SQL Server connection on the Connections page. Use the connection when you create a Contact Validation, Data Replication, Data Synchronization, PowerCenter, and Mapping Configuration tasks.
