Zendesk Connections Overview

Create a Zendesk connection to read data from and write data to Zendesk. You can use the Zendesk connection to specify source and target in Data Synchronization tasks. When you create a Zendesk connection, you enter connection properties specific to Zendesk.

You can create a Zendesk connection on the Connection page or in the Data Synchronization task wizard. The connection then becomes available to the entire organization.
