Zendesk Sources in Data Synchronization Tasks

You can use a Zendesk object as a single source in a Data Synchronization task.
You can configure Zendesk source properties on the Source page of the Data Synchronization Task wizard.
The following table describes the Zendesk source properties:

Name of the source connection.
Source Type
Select Single.
Source Object
Name of the source object.
You can choose one of the following source objects when you read data from Zendesk: OrganizationFields,Locales, Organizations, TicketForms, Triggers, Groups, TicketAudits, Requests, Variants, ActivityStream, Views, MonitoredTwitterHandles, TicketFields, SupportAddresses, AppLocations, TicketComments, Automations, GroupMemberships, Tickets, Attachments, DynamicContent, UserIdentities, AuditLogs, Brands, Sessions, Tags, OrganizationMemberships,EndUsers, UserFields, OrganizationSubscriptions, TicketImport, TicketMetrics, SuspendedTickets, Macros, SatisfactionRatings, Users.
Zendesk Connector supports incremental export API for Tickets, Users, and Organizations objects. To use Incremental Export API, you must provide the value for the Updated_at field in GMT format.
