Oracle Connector Fixed Limitations

Oracle Connector Known Limitations

The following table describes known limitations:

ICS-8307
When you run a Mapping Configuration task to create a target, the target is successfully created at run time. If you drop the created target table and run the task again, the task fails.
ICS-7187
When you create a mapping or a Mapping Configuration task and select the Create Target option to create an Oracle target, the Secure Agent fails to write data to the target. This issue occurs when the Oracle source contains a BLOB data type column.
CON-4211
When an Oracle source has a BFILE data type, the Data Synchronization task fails with an error.
When an Oracle source has a BLOB data type, the Data Synchronization task runs but rejects the data with the BLOB data type.
CON-3701
When you use a saved query to read data from an Oracle database, the precision and scale values do not synchronize between the saved query and database.

ORA-01461: can bind a LONG value only for insert into a LONG column
ORA-24816: Expanded non LONG bind data supplied after actual LONG or LOB column
