Forgotten Passwords
If you forget your password, on the Informatica Cloud login page, click Forgot Password. This sends a request to Informatica Cloud to reset your password.
Informatica Cloud sends you an email that includes a link to reset your password. The link expires 30 minutes after you submitted the request to reset your password. Consequently, be sure to use the link as soon as you receive the email.
