Informatica Cloud Subscription Options
Informatica offers several different subscription options to access Informatica Cloud. Depending on the subscription associated with your organization, you might not have access to the full range of Informatica Cloud functionality.
If you are a trial user, you can click the BUY NOW! link on any Informatica Cloud tab to view the Informatica Cloud Subscription Options page. This page provides information about the Informatica Cloud subscription options.
From the Informatica Cloud Subscription Options page, you can learn more about Informatica Cloud editions and subscribe to the Informatica Cloud Express options.
Subscribing to Informatica Cloud Express
Trial users can subscribe to Informatica Cloud Express through Informatica Cloud. After you subscribe to Informatica Cloud Express, you can verify the number of rows processed by your organization for the current month at any time. On the Licenses page, check the Monthly Rows Processed property in the Application Licenses area.
When you subscribe to Informatica Cloud Express, your trial period ends. Access to trial applications, such as the Data Replication and PowerCenter applications, ends when you complete the Informatica Cloud Express subscription process.
1. On any Informatica Cloud page, click BUY NOW.
The Informatica Cloud Subscription Options page displays.
2. Under Informatica Cloud Express version that you want, click Buy Now.
The Buy Informatica Express Now page displays pricing information and frequently asked questions for the Informatica Cloud Express version that you want.
3. If you are subscribing to Informatica Cloud Express Contact Validation, select a subscription option.
4. Configure the Billing Contact Detail information.
5. Indicate that you have read and agree to the subscription agreement, and click Buy Now.
Informatica Cloud Express Billing Information
When you subscribe to Informatica Cloud Express, you can view and edit billing information.
When you enter a single credit card for billing, Informatica Cloud uses the card by default. When you enter more than one card, you set one card as the default card for payment. If a problem occurs with the default card, the billing contact receives notification of the problem and a request to update the default credit card.
If you want to change the default credit card and have only one credit card defined, add the credit card that you want to be the default and then delete the old credit card. If you want to change the default credit card and have more than one credit card defined, select a different credit card as the default.
You cannot delete the default credit card. Instead, add or select a different credit card as the default and then delete the card that you no longer want to use.
When you unsubscribe, your subscription ends at the end of the month.
