Troubleshooting Data Synchronization Task
- •Large number of records in the result set or large page size causes the Eloqua web service to reset the Eloqua connection. Hence, the tasks might fail with an error message such as Connection Reset or Java.net.SocketTimeoutException.
To avoid this issue, you must perform the following tasks:
- - Add appropriate filters in the task.
- - Perform appropriate field mapping to limit the number of fields fetched from Eloqua.
- •When you create a Data Synchronization task and the configuration is not valid, the null error message appears. The null error message files are saved in a specific location. - •The session log captures the log and exception details of a failed Data Synchronization task. You require special permission to run the application in a debug mode.
