Troubleshooting
The solution to the following situation might help you troubleshoot Microsoft Access Data Synchronization task.
When you run a task on Windows 64-bit operating system, the task fails.
- 1. Log on to Informatica Cloud as an Administrator.
- 2. Click Configure, select Runtime Environments.
- 3. Click the Secure Agent that you upgraded.
- 4. Click Edit to edit the Secure Agent details.
- 5. In the System Configuration Details section, select service as Data Integration Server and type as DTM.
- 6. Set the value of the OptimizeODBCRead flag to No.
- 7. Click OK to save the changes.
- 8. Shut down the Secure Agent.
- 9. Restart the Secure Agent.
