Troubleshooting

The solution to the following situation might help you troubleshoot Microsoft Access Data Synchronization task.
When you run a task on Windows 64-bit operating system, the task fails.
  1. 1. Log on to Informatica Cloud as an Administrator.
  2. 2. Click Configure, select Runtime Environments.
  3. 3. Click the Secure Agent that you upgraded.
  4. 4. Click Edit to edit the Secure Agent details.
  5. 5. In the System Configuration Details section, select service as Data Integration Server and type as DTM.
  6. 6. Set the value of the OptimizeODBCRead flag to No.
  7. 7. Click OK to save the changes.
  8. 8. Shut down the Secure Agent.
  9. 9. Restart the Secure Agent.
