Troubleshooting a Data Synchronization Task

"ERROR java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded." occurs when you run a Data Synchronization task to read or write large number of records.
To resolve this issue, perform the following tasks to configure the JVM options in the Secure Agent to increase the memory for the Java heap size:
  1. 1. In the Informatica Cloud home page, click Configuration > Runtime Environments.
  2. 2. Select the Secure Agent for which you want to increase the Java heap size.
  3. 3. Click Edit.
  4. 4. In System Configuration Details, select type as DTM.
  5. 5. Increase the -Xms and -Xmx values for the JVM options according to the requirement.
  6. 6. Restart the Secure Agent.
