Administration of Zendesk Connector

As a user, you can use Zendesk Connector after the organization administrator performs the following tasks:

•Upload the Zendesk Connector, specify the name of the connector as Zendesk.
•Before the Agents uses Zendesk Connector, create a user account in the Zendesk. The user must be an administrator of the Zendesk account. Do not enable the two-factor authentication as Zendesk Connector uses basic authentication to authenticate the user.
