Zendesk Connector Overview

You can use Zendesk Connector to connect to Zendesk from Informatica Cloud. You can use Zendesk Connector to read data from Zendesk and integrate data with other applications, databases, and flat files. You can also read data from Zendesk, transform the data, and write data to Zendesk.

Zendesk Connector is a REST based cloud connector. You can use Zendesk objects as sources and targets in Data Synchronization tasks, mapping and Mapping Configuration tasks.

When you run a Data Synchronization task or a Mapping Configuration task, the Agents uses the Zendesk API to read data from and write data to Zendesk. You can use source objects, such as users, tickets, or organizations in a task.
