Communication Interfaces

SAP uses TCP/IP as the native communication interface to communicate with Informatica Cloud.
SAP also uses the Remote Function Call (RFC) communication protocol to communicate with Informatica Cloud. To execute remote calls from Informatica Cloud, SAP requires connection information, and the service name and gateway on the application server. The service and gateway parameters, and connection information is stored in a configuration file named sapnwrfc.ini on the Secure Agent machine.
