Connector and connectivity issues

Read the following pages to learn about fixed issues, known limitations, and third-party limitations that apply to connectors that you can use in your service. Consider the following guidelines for the release notes:

Amazon Redshift Connector

Fixed issues

The following table describes fixed issues:
Issue
Description
DBMI-29163
When running an application ingestion and replication incremental load job with a SAP ECC or SAP S4/HANA source using the SAP ODP Extractor connector and an Amazon Redshift target, multiple updates to the same source record within a single CDC cycle might result in duplicate rows in the target table instead of a single row reflecting only the final state. The target apply logic might not consolidate multiple change events for the same primary key within one apply cycle.
(July 2026)

Salesforce Mass Ingestion Connector

Known issues

The following table describes known issues:
Issue
Description
AIN-8750
Subtasks in an initial and incremental load job with a Salesforce source remain in a queued state until the configured CDC interval ends, even though the initial load phase is complete.
(July 2026)

SAP OData V2 Connector

Fixed issues

The following table describes fixed issues:
Issue
Description
AIN-8403
If you restart an aborted application ingestion and replication task that contains an SAP OData source with rules that rename target tables for the selected source objects, the task might cause data duplication when writing to the target.
(April 2026)

SAP ODP Extractor Connector

Fixed issues

The following table describes fixed issues:
Issue
Description
DBMI-29163
When running an application ingestion and replication incremental load job with a SAP ECC or SAP S4/HANA source using the SAP ODP Extractor connector and an Amazon Redshift target, multiple updates to the same source record within a single CDC cycle might result in duplicate rows in the target table instead of a single row reflecting only the final state. The target apply logic might not consolidate multiple change events for the same primary key within one apply cycle.

ServiceNow Connector

Fixed issues

The following table describes fixed issues:
Issue
Description
AIN-8624
When you configure an application ingestion and replication task with a ServiceNow source that contains more than 10,000 tables, some of the available tables don't appear for selection under Source Tables in the Task Details page.
