Post-upgrade tasks for the October 2026 release
Perform the following task after your organization is upgraded to the October 2026 release.
Open Table Connector
Open Table Connector includes the following upgrade impacts:
•After the upgrade, if you run existing mappings, the commit interval is not considered and all the rows are committed at the end of the job.
This issue occurs because the Enable Transactional Commit option in the advanced target properties is disabled by default.
To resolve this issue, select the Enable Transactional Commit option to commit the rows periodically during the job based on the commit interval.
•After the upgrade, you can't disable credential vending for existing Open Table connections if the property was enabled before the upgrade.
This issue occurs because the Credential Vending property is removed and now appears as an option under Storage Authentication Type. For existing connections with credential vending enabled, the option to disable is no longer available on the UI.
To connect to a REST catalog without credential vending, create a new connection.
