Step 3. Generate the Resource Plug-in
Use the InfaScannerGen.sh script to create the resource plug-in.
To generate the resource plug-in, run the following command:
InfaScannerGen.sh -plugin <scanner.properties>
<scanner.properties> represents the scanner.properties file that you created for the resource. The InfaScannerGen.sh generates the scanner plug-in as a .jar file and places the .jar file in the following directory:
<install_dir>/services/CatalogService/ScannerBinaries
Note: If you had specified a directory for the .jar file in the JarBuildLocation element in the scanner.properties file, Live Data Map places the .jar file in the specified directory.
