Model Definition Guidelines

You can use the model definition XSD file that the Catalog Administrator bundles to verify the guidelines to create a custom model.
You can download the model definition XSD file by performing the following steps:
  1. 1. Click Manage > Models in Catalog Administrator.
    2. The Models page appears.
  2. 2. Click (Add). The menu appears.
  3. 3. Select Download Model Definition File from the menu.
    4. Enterprise Information Catalog downloads the custom_model.xsd file to your machine.
