Generate Resource Schedule Report and Duplicate Resources Report

You can generate a report with a list of all resources in the catalog and the schedules attached to each resource. The report helps you determine the best schedule to minimize the number of simultaneous resource scan jobs when you create a new schedule. You can also generate a report with a list of duplicate non-JDBC relational database type resources.
Use the Enterprise Data Catalog add-ons to generate and view the reports.

Deploy the Add-Ons

Deploy the add-on and then connect to the Catalog Administrator tool to view the resource schedules and duplicate resources in the catalog.
Download the add-ons from Informatica Marketplace. The informatica_1052_catalogReport.zip file includes the files that you need to deploy the add-ons.
    1. On the node where you want to deploy the add-ons, extract the informatica_1052_catalogReport.zip file.
    2. From the directory where you extracted the files, run the following command to start the application: ./startup.sh
The host name and the port number to access the application appear in the following format: http://<host>:<port>
