Installing Enterprise Data Catalog Agent as a Windows Service
You can install the Enterprise Data Catalog Agent as a Windows service. The display name of EDC Agent service is Meta Integration Application Server.
To install the Enterprise Data Catalog Agent, perform the following steps:
1. Download the EDC_Agent_<version>_Windows.zip file.
2. Extract the binary files to a directory.
3. Run the RestartServerService.bat file.
A Windows service with the display name Apache Tomcat 9.0 MITI and service name MITI is created.
4. Verify that the service is running.
5. Access the following URL to verify the installation: http://<hostname>:19980/MIMBWebServices/mimb.
