Monitoring Utility Run Status
You can monitor the status of the catalog backup and log collection utility runs that you initiated, on the Monitoring Job Details page. You can also download the logs and the backup from this page.
Click Monitoring on the left panel to launch the Monitoring Job Details page.
The page lists the status of the utility runs using the following labels:
- •Submitted
- •Running
- •Completed
- •Failed
You can click Refresh to refresh the Monitoring Job Details page with the updated status.
To download the required log or backup, click the Download link present in the Result column for the job.
If a job fails, it displays the Failed status. You can click the Log Location link in the Log URL column for the job to view the log generated for the job failure.
