Data Set Version Properties
To open a data set version in a separate page, click the required data set version in the Data Sets view.
You can configure the properties that appear in the Tables and Monitor tabs. Click the sort arrow on any of the properties. Click Columns and then select or clear the properties in the list.
The data set version page contains the following tabs:
- Overview
- The Overview tab lists the general properties and the tags of the data set version.
- Tables
- The Tables tab lists the tables in the data set version. Filter and search for tables based on properties listed. The following properties appear in the Tables tab:
- - Name. The name of the table.
- - Description. The description of the table.
- - Table Type. The classification that you apply to the table.
- - Number of Columns. The number of columns in the table.
- - Data Source. The data source to which the table belongs.
- Columns
- The Columns tab lists the columns in a table that you select in the Tables tab. Filter and search for columns based on properties listed. The following properties appear in the Columns panel:
- - Name. The name of the column.
- - Data Type. The data type of the column.
- - Precision. The precision for a decimal column.
- Plan Components
- The Plan Components tab lists the components of the data set version. Select a plan component to view the criteria including groups, entities, data masking rules, or data generation tables, and rules in the Criteria tab. The Tables tab lists the tables properties. The Relationships tab lists the relationships between tables in the data set version.
- Monitor
- The Monitor tab lists the jobs and workflows for the data set version. You can view jobs run on the data set version by any Test Data Manager Service in the domain. Filter and search for jobs based on properties listed. Select a job in the Monitor view to view the job details in the Workflow/Sessions pane. The following job properties appear in the Monitor tab:
- - Test Data Manager Service. The name of the Test Data Manager Service that ran the job.
- - Job Type. The type of job run.
- - Job ID. The identification number that TDM assigns to the job.
- - Status. The current status of the job.
- - Start Time. The start time of the job.
- - End Time. The end time of the job.
- - User. The name of the user who created the job.
- Permissions
- The Permissions tab lists the users and user groups that have permission on the data set version. You can assign and edit permissions to users and user groups from the Permissions tab.
