Supported PowerCenter versions
PC to Cloud Conversion can read export XML files that were exported from certain versions of PowerCenter.
Informatica has certified the following PowerCenter versions to work with PC to Cloud Conversion:
- •PowerCenter 9.x*
- •PowerCenter 10.1.1
- •PowerCenter 10.2
- •PowerCenter 10.2 HotFix 1
- •PowerCenter 10.2 HotFix 2
- •PowerCenter 10.4.0
- •PowerCenter 10.4.1
- •PowerCenter 10.5.x
If you use a version of PowerCenter that is older than version 9.x*, back up the PowerCenter repository, upgrade the repository, restore it to a later version, and then export objects.
Note: If you are on a PowerCenter 9.x version, most of PowerCenter functions might work fine. If you run into any issues with the 9.x environment, Informatica requests that you consider upgrading to the supported 10.x and later versions.
