Business entities

The data model of Product 360 SaaS includes the predefined Item and Category business entities. The Item and Category business entities consist of fields that support the creation of item and category records for your products.

Item business entity

Item business entity stores information about product items. This business entity contains some basic fields and field groups.

General fields of the Item business entity

The general fields store basic information about an item, such as the unique identifier, manufacturer details, and availability and expiration dates.

Description field group of the Item business entity

The Description field group stores the short or long description of an item.

The Meta information field group stores the meta description of an item.

The Product highlight field group stores the most relevant highlight of an item.

Category business entity

The category business entity stores information about product categories. This business entity contains a basic field and some field groups.
