Importing the Customer 360 Extension for Salesforce assets

After you extract the Customer 360 Extension for Salesforce package, import Customer 360 Extension for Salesforce assets to Customer 360. Importing the assets overwrites the existing Customer 360 assets and your customization.
Before you customize the Customer 360 data model, ensure that you import the extension assets.
Note: Before importing the data model, pages, and reference data assets, ensure that you are assigned to the Designer, MDM Designer, Reference 360 User, and Reference 360 Business Steward user roles, and not to the Admin user role.
    1In Business 360 Console, click Explore > Customer360 > Import.
    2Import the data model attributes, reference data assets, source system, and predefined custom pages.
    1. aNavigate to the following file:
    2. <Extracted extension package>/1_MDM_Assets.zip
    3. bClick Open.
    4. The Import Assets page lists the assets in the file.
    5. cEnsure that all the assets are selected, and click Import.
    6. dOn the My Import/Export Logs page, verify that the import job is successful.
    3Import the Data Integration assets and the connections.
    1. aIn Data Integration, click Explore > Customer360 > Salesforce Extension > Import.
    2. bNavigate to the following file:
    3. <Extracted extension package>/2_DI_Assets.zip
    4. cClick Open.
    5. The Import Assets page lists the assets in the file.
    6. dEnsure that all the assets are selected, and then select Publish Taskflow(s) after import.
    7. eClick Import.
    8. fOn the My Import/Export Logs page, verify that the import job is successful.
    4Import the job assets.
    1. aIn Business 360 Console, click Explore > Import.
    2. bNavigate to the following file:
    3. <Extracted extension package>/3_MDM_Job_Assets.zip
    4. cClick Open.
    5. The Import Assets page lists the assets in the file.
    6. dEnsure that all the assets are selected, and click Import.
    7. eOn the My Import/Export Logs page, verify that the import job is successful.

Adding a Secure Agent

After you import the job assets, add a Secure Agent to the predefined Secure Agent group.
    1In Administrator, click Runtime Environments.
    2Expand the Actions menu for the infa_extension_runtime Secure Agent group, and select Add or Remove Secure Agents.
    3In the Available Agents list, select the Secure Agent that you want to add to the group, and click Select.
    4Expand the Actions menu for the infa_extension_runtime Secure Agent group, and select Enable or Disable Services, Connectors.
    5From the Services tab, select the services to enable for the Secure Agent group.
    6From the Connectors tab, select the connectors to enable for the Secure Agent group.
    7Click Save.

Adding lookup files

To import reference data CSV files to the Secure Agent, add the lookup files related to Salesforce in the Secure Agent machine.
    1Navigate to the following directory:
    <Extracted extension package>\Reference Data
    2Copy the following files to the local directory where you store the flat file connection:

Importing parameter files

Import the list of user-defined parameters and their associated values for Cloud Data Integration mappings.
To import parameter files, save the parameter files in the Secure Agent Installation directory.
Copy the parameter files from the source directory to the target Secure Agent installation directory:
Source: <Extracted extension package>\Secure Agent Files\Parameter Files\<Source System>
Target: <Secure Agent Installation Directory>\apps\Data_Integration_Server\data\userparameters
