Search for matching records before creating a record in Salesforce
When you create a record in Salesforce, you can search for any matching records in Customer 360 and Salesforce.
Based on the search results, you can perform the following tasks:
- •If the record exists in Customer 360 and Salesforce, view the record.
- •If the record exists in Customer 360, but not in Salesforce, import the record from Customer 360 to Salesforce.
- •If no matching records are available, create the record.
