Create, update, delete, and merge changes to records in Customer 360 SaaS are published to Data 360 through egress batch jobs. Unmerged records are published through a predefined taskflow that reads the records from a template file.
After deploying the extension, run the unmerge taskflow whenever you need to publish unmerged records from Customer 360 SaaS to Data 360.
