You can edit or delete field values of multiple records in bulk. You can specify conditions to identify the records to edit and specify the values for the attributes that you want to edit.
Note: The Search Results page displays up to 10,000 records. If the edit criteria match more than 10,000 records, all the records that match, including the ones that don't appear on the page, are updated in bulk.
1 Select a business entity and use the search box to search for the records.
The Search Results page appears.
2Optionally, select filters to narrow down your search results.
3Select the records that you want to edit.
4Click Selected > Bulk Edit.
The selected records appear on a new tab. If your search criteria includes more than 10,000 records, only the first 10,000 are visible on the tab, but all the records are available for bulk editing.
5 To specify the attributes that you want to edit and their values, perform the following tasks:
aFrom the Find Records Based on list, select one of the following values:
▪ An attribute. Identifies the records to edit based on the attribute value.
▪ None. Includes all the selected search results to edit.
b Select an operator from the list.
c Enter the value based on which you want to identify records.
Note: To identify values that contain wildcard characters, such as + - = && || > < ! ( ) { } [ ] ^ " ~ * ? : \ /, ensure that you include a backslash (\) followed by wildcard characters. The backslash (\) acts as an escape character and considers the wildcard character in the field value.
dTo add another attribute, click Add Condition, and repeat steps 5.a. through 5.c..
You can add multiple attributes.
eFrom the Replace list, select an attribute whose value you want to edit.
f Enter the value for the selected attribute.
Note: To delete an attribute value, delete the current value and keep the value empty.
gTo add another attribute, click Add Condition, and repeat steps 5.e. through 5.f..

6Click Apply.
If the records match the specified attributes and don't require approval to save the changes, these records are updated and highlighted in yellow. If the records match the specified attributes but require approval to save the changes, these records are highlighted in grey and are not updated. These records display the changes after they are approved.
7Click Submit.
A warning dialog box appears, indicating that you are about to save multiple records.
8Click Submit.
A job is created to edit the records in bulk. You can monitor the status of the job on the My Jobs page.
