Editing multiple records sequentially

You can select multiple records and edit them sequentially. The records of each business entity appear on separate tabs. You can select up to 20 records on the Search Results page for each business entity.
    1 Select one or more business entities and use the search box to search for the records.
    The Search Results page appears.
    2Select the records that you want to edit.
    3Click Selected > Edit Selected.
    The selected records appear on a new tab.
    4Edit and apply the changes.
    5Click Submit.
    Based on the user privileges, the record is either submitted for approval or updated successfully.
    6To edit the next record in the sequence, click Next, and then repeat steps 4 through 5.
