The Reports page displays a list of predefined reports and the custom reports that you create.
A report can display a maximum of 500 rows of records.
You can view additional report details of a selected report on the Reports page. The report details appear on the right side of the Reports page when you click the Show Additional Details icon. You can also sort and filter the reports based on the field and column names respectively.

The following table lists the different user interface elements that you can find on the Reports page:

Refresh
Refreshes the Reports page. The newly created custom reports appear only after you refresh the page.
Show Additional Details
Displays additional report details of a selected report.
Sort
Displays the reports based on the selected field in ascending or descending order.
Filter
Lists the names of the columns based on which you can filter the reports. You can select the fields based on which you want to filter the reports.
Viewing report details
You can view the details of predefined and custom reports on the report details page. The report details page includes the Chart, Report, and Data Set panels to view report details. You can select a report to review its chart, report table, and data set.
Chart
Displays the chart associated with the selected report.
Report
Displays the report table associated with the selected report and the report data.
You can export the aggregated report table for all report types. For merge history activity reports, you can also export the aggregated report data set.
You can export the data to a CSV file, which can contain a maximum of 10,000 rows.
Note: If your report exceeds 10,000 rows, apply appropriate filters before you export the data. For example, you can create filters based on age criteria to export the data.
You can then use the CSV file for an in-depth analysis using an analytical application. The CSV file includes details of records, such as RuleSet ID, Rule ID, RuleSet Version, Source Primary Key, and MDM ID.
Note: You can also view the record details from the Source Records component of the master record that the source record contributes to.
To export the report data, click Export Report on the Report panel.
Data Set
Displays the report data that contributes to the selected report as search results. For more information about Data Set panel, see Data set in reports.
Data set in reports
The Data Set panel appears on the report details page only for reports that are based on validation errors, standard, and drill-down reports. By default, the Data Set panel doesn't display any data. To view the report data as search results, click a field value in the Chart panel.

The configured dimensions and measures are applied as filters to the search results. You can also modify the filters to view a different set of search results. To reset the filters or view the report data associated with the selected report again, click a field value on the Chart panel.
