You can unmerge any source record that must not be associated with a particular master record. When you unmerge multiple source records from a master record, you can unmerge them into separate master records or merge them into a single master record. When you unmerge records, the relationships of the unmerged records revert to the corresponding master record based on business ID.
1From the search results, open the record.
The record appears on the Record Details page.
2Click the Source Records tab.
The master record and the associated source records appear.
3Optionally, from the Settings menu, select the option to show or hide trust score and survivorship criteria.
Trust scores and survivorship criteria help determine the best version of the truth.
4Click Actions > Unmerge Records.
5Select the source records to unmerge.
