Configure the allowed users and the configuration file locations of the deployed BPR file, and then publish the processes.
1Open the processes in the following order:
aSearch Products
bGet Product Record Details
cGet Product Relationships
dIdentify Customers
eGet Customer Record Details
fGet Customer Relationships
2For each process, on the Start tab of the Start step, enter the user name or service account with access to the service URL in the Allowed Users field.
3On the Assignments tab of the Initialize Variables step, configure the following fields:
- In the tmp_Config_Info field, enter the location of the configuration file corresponding to each process listed in the following table:

Search Products
ConfigProductSearch.xml
Get Product Record Details
ConfigProductDetails.xml
Get Product Relationships
ConfigProductRelationship.xml
Identify Customers
ConfigCustomerSearch.xml
Get Customer Record Details

- Optionally, update the input search criteria fields for the processes as needed.
4Save and publish the processes.
