Step 4. Publish the process

To publish the Synchronize Dynamics 365 Accounts with Zendesk Organizations process, click Actions in the row that contains the process and select Publish.

You must copy the service URL to the webhook configuration in Dynamics 365. For more information, see Step 5. Create webhooks in Dynamics 365. The process will be triggered automatically when an account is created or updated in Dynamics 365.
