SAPテーブル接続のトラブルシューティング

SAPテーブル接続をテストすると、次のエラーが表示されます。

Test Connection Failed for <connection name>/sap/conn/jco/JCoException

sapjco3.jarが次のディレクトリに保存されていることを確認します:

<Informatica Secure Agent installation directory>\apps\Data_Integration_Server\ext\deploy_to_main\bin\rdtm-extra\tpl\sap

sapjco3.jarをコピーした後に、Secure Agentを再開します。

SAPテーブル接続をテストするか、SAPテーブル接続をタスクで使用すると、次のエラーが表示されます。

Test Connection Failed for <connection name>. Error getting the version of the native layer: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no sapjco3 in java.library.path.

sapjco3.dllファイルの場所が、Secure AgentマシンのPATH変数に含まれていることを確認します。

SAPテーブル接続をテストするか、タスクで接続を使用すると、次のエラーが表示されます。

Test Connection Failed for <connection name>. Error getting the version of the native layer: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no sapjco3 in java.library.path.

sapjco3.dllの場所をPATH変数に追加して、Secure Agentを再開します。

SAPテーブルから読み取りを行うタスクが、次のエラーで失敗します。

Error occurred processing data from SAP : Unable to establish Http Communication between SAP server and agent! Shutting down reader.

HTTPポートが開いていないか、受信要求がWindowsファイアウォールによってブロックされています。この問題を解決するには、Windowsファイアウォールで詳細設定を使用して新しい受信ルールを作成します。ルールをTCPおよびすべてのポートに適用して、HTTPプロトコルを選択します。
