You can indicate the reliability of a business or technical asset by rating the asset. You can search for assets with or without ratings to narrow down your search results.
Ensure that the asset is in the Published Lifecycle state to view the ratings of an asset.
Rating an asset for the first time
Perform the following steps if you are rating an asset for the first time:
1 Open the asset for which you want to add a rating.
2Click on a rating star, or click Add to rate the asset.
3In the Add Rating dialog box, select the stars to add your rating for the asset and add your comments about the asset.
4Click Add to add your rating.
Editing the rating of an asset
Perform the following steps to edit the rating of an asset:
1 Open the asset for which you want to edit the ratings.
2Click Edit Rating to edit the rating of the asset.
3In the Edit Rating dialog box, modify your rating for the asset and add your comments about the asset.
4Click OK to save the rating of the asset.
Note: To view all the ratings added to the asset in the Comments dialog box, click View: All Comments.
