Customer 360 Extension for Salesforce
When you use the Search Customer 360 & Import option in Salesforce to import a record from Customer 360 SaaS, a new source record with Salesforce as the source system is added to the master record in Customer 360 SaaS. The added source record maintains the traceability of Salesforce records in Customer 360 SaaS.
