After you import an existing business entity with updated search settings that make some non-searchable fields to be searchable, a reindex job is automatically created in the target organization. The job reindexes the business entity records to reflect the updated search settings.

However, if you import an existing business entity with updated search settings that make some searchable fields to be non-searchable, a reindex job isn't automatically created.
The reindex job is created in the following format:
Reindex Records: <Business Entity Name>
