Downloading and extracting Customer 360 Extension for Salesforce

To get the Customer 360 Extension for Salesforce package, contact Informatica Global Customer Support.
After you download the Customer 360 Extension for Salesforce package, extract the package on your computer. The package contains predefined data model attributes, Data Integration assets, Application Integration assets, batch jobs, relationships, and custom pages for Customer 360 SaaS.
The extracted package contains the following files and folders:

1_MDM_Assets.zip
Contains the following attributes:
  • - Data model attributes
  • - Relationships.
  • - Reference data assets.
  • - Source system for Salesforce.
  • - Custom pages for Customer 360 SaaS.
2_DI_Assets
Contains the Data Integration assets and connections that you can use to import Salesforce records to Customer 360 SaaS or export Customer 360 records to Salesforce.
3_MDM_Job_Assets
Contains the job assets to synchronize Salesforce records with Customer 360 SaaS in batches.
4_CAI_Assets
Folder that contains the following files:
  • - 4_CAI_Assets_RT_Inbound.zip. Contains the Application Integration assets and connections that you use to synchronize records from Salesforce to Customer 360 SaaS.
  • - 4_CAI_Assets_RT_Outbound.zip. Contains the Application Integration assets and connections that you use to synchronize records from Customer 360 SaaS to Salesforce.
Reference Data
Contains files that store code lists and values related to Salesforce.
Secure Agent Files
Contains the lookup source files and the parameter values for the Data Integration mappings.
Unmanaged Salesforce Package
Folder that contains the Custom Labels.zip file. The Custom Labels.zip file contains the custom labels that the Salesforce Lightning component in the unmanaged package uses.
