Integrating Customer 360 with NPPES

You can configure National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) to synchronize records with Customer 360 in batches.

Manually download the flat file containing the records to ingress from the NPPES website.

To onboard records to Customer 360, run an ingress job to import data from the flat file to Business 360 data store.
