Creating an organization scenario

You are with the marketing department of a company. You have a new customer, CITIGROUP which is an organization. You want to add CITIGROUP as an Organization record.
To add CITIGROUP, perform the following steps:
  1. 1Log in to Customer 360 SaaS.
  2. 2Click New, select Organization as the business entity, and then click Create.
  3. 3Enter CITIGROUP as the name of the organization.
  4. 4Enter values in the other required fields.
    5. Customer 360 SaaS saves the record as a draft and displays a Draft label next to the record name.
  5. 5Click Submit or Send for Approval.
