View List of Requested Data Collections
If you are the data consumer, you can see the data collections for which you have requested access.
1. Launch Data Marketplace and go to the My Orders tab.
The page displays the data collections for which you have requested access.
2. In the list at the top of the collections, you can filter the collections by their status.
The following list options are available:
- - Show All
- - Pending Approval
- - Fulfillment Stage
- - Order Fulfilled
- - Access Rejected
- - Order Cancelled
3. View the following properties for the access request orders:
Field | Description |

Order | Order number for fulfilling the data access request. |
Ordered | Date on which the data consumer requested access to the data collection. |
Data Collection | Data collection that the data consumer has requested. |
Business Justification | Business justification of the data consumer to request access to the data. |
Last Updated | Date on which the order was last updated. |
Status | Status of the order |
4. From the list of orders in the My Orders tab, click an access order number to view the order details.
The Timeline section displays the history of the order and the associated comments.

The Delivery section displays the highlights of the data collection delivery.
5. From the list of data collections in the My Orders tab, click a data collection name to view its order details.

Search and View Data Collections. Depending on the status of the request, you can take the following actions on a data collection:
- - If your request is pending approval, click Cancel Order to cancel the request.
- - If your request is rejected, you can request access to the data again.
