View List of Accessed Data Collections
If you are the data consumer, you can see the data collections for which you have received access.
You can view the accessed data collections in the tile view and list view. The tile view shows the data collections that you have received access recently. The tile view shows maximum of 16 data collections. The list view shows all the data collections for which you have received the access.
The
button helps you to choose and highlight relevant information in the page, such as page description, metrics, and recently added data sets. You can add and remove categories according to the requirements of your consumers and organization. You can choose not to select any item from the
menu.
1. Launch Data Marketplace and go to the Data I Use tab.
The page displays the data collections that have been approved for you and delivered to you.
2. Hover the mouse over a tile to highlight the data collection.
You can click the tile to view the details of the data collection.
The tile contains the name of the data collection, access status, category, and fulfillment date.
3. Go to the Access Details section on the Data I Use page to view the following columns:

Data Collection | The data collection for which you have received access. |
Purpose | Purpose of the data collection as defined by the data owner. |
Target | Name of the delivery target for the data collection. |
Access ID | Identification to access the data collection. |
Status | Status of the data collection. |
Fulfilled | Date on which the data consumer received access to the data collection. |
4. From the list of data collections in the Data I Use tab, click an access ID to view the access details.
The page displays the following sections:
If the Access Detail page does not have associated order details, click the data collection name to view data collection. You can raise the access request.
